Developing applications for cost estimating, accounting, inventory control, procurement processing, team collaboration, training, document control, process control systems, case management, and asset management covering a broad spectrum of business processes. Our Process:
- Initial Fee Evaluation - Gives a ball park idea of how much and how long.
- Budget Requirements/Estimate - Gather detailed requirements, identify deliverables with success criteria, and set budgetary cost and schedule for each deliverable.
- Implementation to prototype and build the deliverables with regular communication with you the client to ensure you get what you want when you want it.
- Project Reviews – Agreed upon check points to evaluate quality and schedule of deliverables.
- Release and Retrospect – We work with you until the solution is implemented and your team is trained in you environment. Then we take a step back and look at what we learned together.
Pricing:
We primarily work on Deliverables based pricing. However, if needed we can also do a T&M (Time and Materials) for those items that are very difficult to estimate.
Final Product is your!
- When the project is done we provide you with all source code and you own the results of our labors. I will maintain a copy for future work or if you chose we can set up a maintenance agreement based on your criteria and needs. But it remains sealed unless you request otherwise.
- I warranty all of my work done for you. If for any reason functionality or code wrote by my team is found to not work as intended it will be resolved at my expense.
- Upgrades and expansions are always welcome.
- Emergency support is available as many systems are mission critical.
